This explains exactly what happens to what you type into Zallixormind. It is written from how the product is actually built, not from a template.
This document covers Zallixormind specifically. Zallixor Team also maintains an overall team-wide Privacy Policy that applies across Zallixor Team and its other products. This page is Zallixormind's own dedicated privacy policy, sitting alongside that overall policy — not replacing it. Where something is specific to Zallixormind, this page governs; the team-wide policy continues to apply everywhere else.
1. The short version
- Your chat history is saved to your account so it follows you to any device you sign in on. It is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under your account identifier, and security rules stop any other account from reading it.
- Because that history sits in our Firebase project, we are technically able to access it through Google's administration tools. We do not read chats as a matter of course, and we will only do so where it is necessary to investigate abuse or a fault, or where the law requires it.
- The messages you send to the AI do leave your device. They are passed to a third-party AI provider so a reply can be generated. This is the most important thing on this page.
- Some questions — arithmetic, word counts, synonyms, questions about Zallixormind itself — are answered entirely inside your browser and are never transmitted anywhere.
- We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
- We do not sell personal information.
2. What we collect

We do not ask for your name, phone number, date of birth, location or payment details, because the service does not need them.
3. Where your messages go
Read this part. When Zallixormind cannot answer on your device, your message and the recent conversation are sent to an external AI provider. That provider processes your text on their own systems under their own privacy terms. Do not put passwords, bank details, medical records, national identification numbers or anyone else's personal information into a message.
The route is:
- Your browser first checks whether the question can be answered locally. If it can, nothing is sent.
- Otherwise your message and up to the last twenty messages of that conversation are sent to our server on Cloudflare.
- Our server confirms you are signed in, checks your usage count, and forwards the messages to one of the AI providers listed in section 5.
- The reply is streamed back to your browser, and the conversation is saved to your account in Google Cloud Firestore so it is there next time you sign in.
Our server does not store the content of your messages. It holds them in memory only for the duration of the request.
Error logs
If an AI provider returns an error, our server records the first 300 characters of that error response so faults can be diagnosed. Provider error responses do not normally contain your message text, but we cannot guarantee a provider will never echo a fragment of a request back inside an error. These logs are retained by Cloudflare for a short period and are not used for any other purpose.
4. What stays on your device, and what follows your account
These are written to your browser's local storage and are never uploaded:
- Your settings — persona, reply length, text size, typing style, voice options, and the personalisation boxes, under the key

zallixormind.rail - Your Firebase sign-in session, so you are not asked to log in on every visit
Settings are deliberately per-device: text size that suits a phone should not be forced onto a desktop. They do not follow you between devices, and clearing your browser data resets them to the defaults.
Your chat history is different. It is saved to your account in Google Cloud Firestore, not to the device, which is what lets the same conversations appear on your phone and your laptop when you sign in to both. A cached copy is kept in the browser so the app is fast and works offline, but the account copy is the real one — clearing your browser data does not delete your chats, and they come back when you sign in again.
Deleting a chat removes it from your account. Deleting your account removes every stored chat in the same action.
Answered without any network request
These never leave your device at all: arithmetic and equations, statistics, unit conversions, prime factorisation, word and character counts, text case changes, single-word synonyms, and questions about Zallixormind or Zallixor Team.
5. Third parties we rely on

Each of these operates under its own privacy policy and its own retention rules, which we do not control. If which provider handles your message matters to you, the label above every reply tells you which one answered.
6. How long things are kept
- Chat history: kept in your account until you delete a chat or delete your account. Deleting your account removes every stored chat as part of the same action. Clearing your browser data only clears the local copy — the account copy returns when you sign in again.
- Usage count: automatically expires roughly seventy days after it was last written.
- Account record: until you delete your account, which removes it immediately.
- Message content on our side: not retained.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live — including under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and the UK and EU GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
In practice:
- Delete everything: use Delete account in the sidebar. This removes your account and clears the chats stored on that device. It cannot be undone.
- Delete one conversation: hover it in the sidebar and press ×.
- Change your email or password: use the sidebar controls.
- Anything else: write to privacy@zallixor.com.
Because we do not store your conversations, a request for a copy of your data will return your account record, not your chats. Your chats are already in your possession.
8. Children
Zallixormind is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, write to privacy@zallixor.com and we will remove it.
If you are between 13 and 18, please use Zallixormind with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date at the top and give notice in the app before the change takes effect.
