By creating an account or using Zallixormind, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

This document covers Zallixormind specifically. Zallixor Team also maintains an overall team-wide Terms of Use that applies across Zallixor Team and its other products. This page is Zallixormind's own dedicated terms, sitting alongside that overall policy — not replacing it. Where something is specific to Zallixormind, this page governs; the team-wide terms continue to apply everywhere else.

1. Who we are

Zallixormind is operated by Zallixor Team — the team behind Zallixor, Lopaostab and Zallixor Mind. They're independent, based in Nigeria, and build for people everywhere. These terms cover Zallixormind only.

3. What the AI can and can't do

Zallixormind can be wrong, and sometimes it will be confidently wrong. AI models generate plausible text; they do not verify facts. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Specifically:

You are responsible for how you use the output. Decisions you make on the basis of an answer are yours.

The AI providers we route through apply their own usage rules, and a request may be refused by them independently of anything we decide.

Zallixormind is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any answer will be correct.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zallixor Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use Zallixormind — including any reliance on an answer it produced.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the sidebar. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or puts other users or the service at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will update the date above and give notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Zallixormind after that means you accept the new terms.
